Hi Mom! Hi Dad!
Can we talk about the nightmares I once had
It’s the reason I didn’t SCREAM
When the screen showed horror scenes…
My reality was way more bad.
And it’s way more sad,
When SCREAMing through the doodles in my notepad
Got me A´s in poetry and art class.
Flashback: The Babysitter, our neighbor
Being a family friend played in her favor.
Her brother was my best friend
So I didnt say much.
Though I never smiled
When she asked me to play touch.
It was always naptime
When she’d come to wake-up
Only me, so we could go and play “make love.”
THIS IS NOT MADE UP
There was no make-up
Time played its toll and effected my way of
Seeing love and now I stray from relationships.
So please listen when I say this
Has effected me in so many different ways.
So much hidden in my child-like silent gaze.
Thinking of my silent days
And the way I still stray off to my own quiet place.
When I cannot find the words to say
I make a space in my head
To break free, to be me.
Real Story, No Dreams
This is my SCREAM!!!!!!
